Amended or Flag field

This field indicates whether, the software that appended the DPID, amended the address. Values of 4, 5, or Y indicate that the address was amended. All other values indicate that it was not amended. Intech’s address standardiser sets this flag.

This field is used by the Address Matching Summary Report to specify the number of amended addresses.
