Manifest report
This report totals the volume and weight of letters and the number of trays per BSP number.
If there are not enough letters to fill a tray for a particular BSP number, the letters will go into the state residue.
The report also totals the volume weight and number of trays for unbarcoded mail per state.
Sub-totals per state and per same-state are also provided.
CSV format
A CSV (comma separated values) format is provided for electronic use. It divides mailing trays into BDT (barcoded direct tray) BR (barcoded residue) and UR (unbarcode residue). The direct trays are divided into BSP numbers, and the residue trays are divided into states. It provided the number of trays, volume and weight of letters in each division.
